Blissful Wellness

Usui Tradition, Takata Lineage

A combination of 6 weekly informal home assignments with

a weekly "check - in" video call,

followed by an "in person", hand's on class 

at the Blissful Wellness Studio  

- Location - Norwood, MA

Assignments are given via email; and include daily journaling, self- discovery research and practical exercises. A commitment to being willing to invest 30 to 60 minutes daily to do assignments is required. 

The "assignments" for the training include self discovery learning, research, review, writing, movement, daily practices, meditation and more.

Students will have a weekly check in before going on to each new assignment.

In-Person class will be held at the Blissful Wellness studio.
